Employment Services

Often, our sense of self-worth is based on our careers. We may even find ourselves floating around in life not reaching our ultimate goal as quickly as we may have hoped. It’s hard for anyone to find a job; it’s even harder if you have a disability. Wouldn’t be great to have a team assist you in getting a job?

Vadis wants to be on your team. We start with an exciting process of discovering your interests, strengths and abilities. Based on these discoveries we assist you in exploring a wide variety of occupations. We have found the key to success is helping you become an integral part of the company where you work and also to find champions to support you within that company. We achieve this by assisting and teaching businesses how to train and support their employees with disabilities. We have an excellent track record of helping people keep their jobs for long periods of time.

Vadis provides a variety of services designed to meet your unique employment goals.

Supported Employment helps people with developmental disabilities define their career goals. Depending where you are on your career path, we offer a variety of services including job preparation, job referral and job coaching in both group and individual settings.

Pathways serves young adults ages 17-21 with documented disabilities in building their career path.

Careers provides adults with a wide variety of disabilities assistance in obtaining and retaining employment.
