Pathways
Vadis provides youth with disabilities resources to begin their career path.
As a first step, we meet with you, your friends, family and other people you know and to learn about you and what you really want. The result is a vocational plan unique to your skills, interests and abilities. This is an enjoyable process that assists you in discovering vocational goals that are uniquely yours.
Vadis offers training to teach you the skills you need to meet your employment goals. You will gain the tools to get and keep a job. We will assist you in creating your first professional resume. You’ll learn the secrets to accessing the hidden job market.
Vadis staff provides follow-up services for one year. Youth enrolled in the Pathways have an excellent employment retention rate.
