Employment Services
If you have a disability and want help finding or keeping a job, Vadis can help — and we stick around after you're hired.
School to Work
We help students with disabilities take their first steps from school into a real, paid job — with support every step of the way.
Pre-Employment Transition (Pre-ETS)
Pre-ETS helps students with disabilities ages 14–21 get ready for work and adult life — long before graduation.
Community Inclusion
We help adults with disabilities take part in the community they love — through activities, volunteering, friendships, and everyday life.
Housing
Everyone deserves a safe, accessible place to call home. Vadis owns and maintains 30+ affordable, accessible homes — and we're always looking for more.
