Mod Pizza named King County Employer of the Year
Employers of the Year
Vadis was pleased to honor MOD Pizza earlier this year as the King County 2015 Employer of the Year. Over the course of this past year, MOD Pizza has added five supported employees to their MOD Squad. We are partnered with restaurants in Maple Valley, Kent, Downtown Seattle and Bellevue-Overlake.
All employees are paid well and do restaurant prep tasks such as setting and cleaning tables, sweeping, cleaning the beverage bar, refilling napkin holders and folding pizza boxes. MOD Pizza managers and employees have worked with Vadis to help ensure the success of each individual they have hired. Each store has assisted with development of job tasks, help with clocking in and out, and with transportation issues as they arise.
MOD Pizza started locally and continues to grow and expand across the country. MOD is a culture-driven company that is committed to creating not just a great place to eat but an inspired place to work. Our Vadis participants have all benefited from MOD’s philosophy to celebrate the diversity and individuality of all their employees.
